Refunds Not Permitted Under the Following Circumstances:

  • Client's withdrawal of service after purchase
  • Unsigned agreement/declaration forms
  • Dissatisfaction with service
  • Change of decision post-purchase

Refunds, if issued under exceptional circumstances, will be processed within 30 business days upon receipt of a completed refund request form and any required supporting documentation. Refunds shall be issued via company check payable to the name and address provided on the original order form. You agree not to file a chargeback or dispute with your financial institution as it will delay the refund process.

11. Service-Specific Terms

a) Mentorship Service

1. Service Description:
Mentorship services are offered in partnership with Mentorack (www.mentorack.com) and are intended solely for informational, non-binding career and immigration guidance.

2. No Legal Representation:
Mentors are not licensed legal, immigration, or employment advisors unless explicitly stated. Advice is offered based on personal experiences and general industry knowledge and is not to be interpreted as official consultation or legal counsel.

3. No Guarantees:
We do not guarantee:

  • Employment outcomes
  • Visa approvals
  • Credential recognition
  • Job interviews or offers
  • Licensing or registration with any professional body

4. Mentor Accountability Disclaimer:
Mentors are third-party professionals and are not legally liable for any actions you take based on their suggestions. Any decision made based on mentor advice is solely at the client's discretion and risk.

5. Service Fulfillment Disclaimer:
While we aim to match clients with suitable mentors in a timely manner, delays may occur due to mentor availability or scheduling conflicts. No refund shall be granted for such delays.

6. Confidentiality:
All sessions are considered confidential. However, Auscan Experts and Mentorack are not liable for any breach of confidentiality that occurs between mentor and mentee outside our control.

7. Recording and Monitoring:
Sessions may not be recorded without explicit consent from all parties. Unauthorized recordings may result in service termination without refund and potential legal action.

8. Code of Conduct:
Any abusive, discriminatory, or unprofessional behavior by the client toward the mentor will result in immediate termination of the mentorship service without refund.

b) Job Placement Services

1. Scope of Service:
Includes:

  • Resume and cover letter creation
  • LinkedIn optimization
  • Resume marketing to recruiters and job boards
  • General job market guidance

2. No Employment Guarantee:
Auscan Experts does not:

  • Act as a recruitment agency
  • Guarantee interviews, job offers, or placements
  • Guarantee Canadian or foreign employer interest

3. Third-Party Listings Disclaimer:
Job opportunities or recruiter contacts may be shared via third-party platforms. We do not verify or endorse the legitimacy of external employers or job listings.

4. No Refund for Inaction:
Refunds will not be provided if a client fails to:

  • Follow-up on job leads
  • Respond to recruiter communications
  • Attend job interviews arranged

5. Client Obligations:
Clients must provide accurate, truthful, and updated information for document creation. We are not responsible for negative outcomes resulting from client-supplied inaccuracies.

6. Document Ownership and Use:
All professionally written documents are delivered as final and non-editable unless explicitly stated. Any unauthorized distribution or resale is prohibited.

7. Market Condition Disclaimer:
We do not control or influence market conditions, hiring trends, immigration restrictions, or employer preferences. The service reflects efforts, not outcomes.

8. Right to Refuse Service:
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if a client:

  • Submits false credentials
  • Is abusive or uncooperative

c) Relocation Services

1. Scope of Services:
May include:

  • Guidance on housing, transportation, documentation
  • Introduction to local service providers (banking, telecom, etc.)
  • General neighborhood and cost-of-living orientation

2. No Responsibility for Personal Safety:
Auscan Experts is not liable for:

  • Personal injury or illness during or after relocation
  • Loss or theft of property
  • Unsafe housing or transportation options selected by the client

3. Third-Party Listings Disclaimer:
Any referrals to realtors, landlords, or service providers are made in good faith, and Auscan Experts shall not be liable for the conduct or performance of these third parties.

4. Travel and Immigration Risks:
We do not manage or influence border decisions, visa processing, or immigration enforcement. Entry denials or detentions are not grounds for refund.

5. Service Availability Limitations:
Relocation services are subject to location-specific availability. If services are unavailable in your selected region, we will offer comparable alternatives but not refunds.

6. No Expense Reimbursement:
Clients are solely responsible for all relocation-related expenses including but not limited to airfare, accommodation, deposits, and transportation. We do not offer financial reimbursement under any circumstance.

7. No Crisis Intervention:
We do not offer emergency response services. In the event of a crisis, the client must contact appropriate local authorities.

8. Client Conduct & Compliance:
Clients are expected to comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Auscan Experts is not responsible for consequences arising from client misconduct or non-compliance.

12. Immigration Agents Booking on Behalf of Clients

12.1. Authorized Representation

  • The immigration agent (hereafter "Agent") confirms they are duly authorized by the client to act on their behalf in all dealings with Auscan Experts.
  • Auscan Experts may request a Letter of Authorization or signed consent from the client to verify the legitimacy of the booking.

12.2. Client Information Accuracy

  • The Agent assumes full responsibility for ensuring that all information provided to Auscan Experts (including client details, resume data, career history, education, and identification documents) is accurate, complete, and truthful.
  • Auscan Experts is not responsible for any errors, delays, or service outcomes resulting from incorrect or misleading information submitted by the Agent.

12.3. Confidentiality and Privacy

  • All information provided by the Agent on behalf of the client will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • The Agent agrees to obtain informed consent from their client regarding the collection, storage, and use of their personal data by Auscan Experts.

12.4. Service Communication

  • Auscan Experts will only communicate directly with the Agent unless otherwise instructed in writing by the client.
  • If the client contacts Auscan Experts independently, the Agent will not be privy to that communication unless explicitly authorized by the client.

12.5. Non-Transferability

  • Services booked by an Agent on behalf of a client cannot be transferred to another individual.
  • Each booking is specific to the named client only. Any change in the identity of the service beneficiary requires prior written approval.

12.6. Payment & Refunds

  • All payments made by the Agent on behalf of the client are non-refundable, regardless of:

    • Agent-client relationship disputes
    • Miscommunication between Agent and client
    • Service dissatisfaction unless explicitly covered by our general refund policy
  • It is the Agent's responsibility to ensure that the client is aware of all service terms, pricing, and limitations before confirming the booking.

12.8. Misrepresentation & Fraud

  • If the Agent is found to be engaging in fraudulent activity, including falsifying client documents, impersonation, or misrepresenting services, Auscan Experts reserves the right to:

    • Immediately terminate all services related to the Agent and their clients.
    • Report the matter to relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.
    • Pursue legal action to recover damages.

12.7. No Employment or Immigration Guarantees

  • The Agent acknowledges and agrees that:

    • Auscan Experts does not guarantee visa approvals, job offers, or permanent residency.
    • All services offered are advisory and supportive in nature and do not constitute legal or regulated immigration services.

12.9. Legal Responsibility

  • The Agent bears full legal and financial responsibility for:

    • Any claims made by clients related to services booked by the Agent
    • Any damage to the reputation or business of Auscan Experts due to the Agent’s misconduct

12.10. Indemnification

  • The Agent agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Auscan Experts, its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners from any losses, liabilities, claims, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

    • The Agent’s misuse of the services
    • Breach of these terms
    • Client disputes resulting from the Agent’s representation

13. Shipping Policy

We endeavor to confirm service bookings within 24 hours of your request. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by technical or external issues. Bookings may be canceled without notice and are not eligible for refunds or chargebacks.

14. Warranty Disclaimer

All content and services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free performance of the Website.

2. Failure to Cooperate: If a client refuses to comply with identity verification protocols, Auscan Experts may suspend or cancel services without refund.

24. No Legal or Regulated Immigration Services

1. No RCIC/Legal Affiliation: Auscan Experts does not employ or operate under a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) license or legal practice. Any services offered are limited to mentorship, general support, and administrative guidance only.
2. Third-Party Legal Services: If legal or regulated immigration advice is required, clients will be referred to independently licensed professionals. We are not responsible for their performance or outcomes.

25. Force Majeure

1. Service Suspension: Auscan Experts shall not be liable for any failure or delay in providing services resulting from acts beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, civil unrest, labor strikes, or governmental restrictions.
2. No Compensation: No refunds, extensions, or compensations will be issued for services interrupted due to force majeure events.

1. Email & Messaging Risk: We are not responsible for any loss resulting from intercepted or undelivered emails, delayed responses, or miscommunication due to incorrect contact details provided by the client.
2. Official Correspondence: All service confirmations and important notices will be sent to the registered email ID only. Clients are responsible for regularly checking their inbox and spam folders.

30. Termination and Refusal of Service

1. Right to Refuse or Terminate: Auscan Experts reserves the right to deny or terminate service to any individual or entity at our sole discretion, especially in cases of:

  • Non-compliance with terms
  • Repeated uncooperative behavior
  • Fraudulent submissions or conduct
